-Is this going to be a complete MOD? -If so,what's the story?
Yeah I have read everything,but I couldn't find an answer.
In case TCP's reply doesn't answer your questions well enough, I'll give you a general idea.
This little project of mine tries to take care of some unsolved problems that have to do with the Light Temple still being overrun with monsters (a similar problem would be the issue that Zora's Domain is still frozen ).
After obtaining the Golden Gauntlets you must go to the sacred relic within the temple of time and remove the stone which reveals a new pathway (I wish I could replace it with a warp) that leads to the Light Temple. Once inside the temple, you must clear your way to the Chamber of the Sages where you will find yourself protecting the most sacred relic of all, The Triforce. While traveling through the temple, you may discover the hidden area in which the "Trial of the Sages" will take place. After successfully ridding the temple of evil, you will find a "new" ending to the game.
A few modifications to areas outside of the temple will be necessary in order to successfully insert this temple into the storyline.

Warps are just actors that spawn from bosses when they die. so if you changed the actor number to somthing else like the same boss you are changing. When the boss dies it will just spawn itself.
(actually it wouldn't work because a flag would be set not allowing the boss to spawn again. Unless there is no flag in the room telling it that.) the exit table tells where the warp take's you. But they always need there group # (I changed ghoma larvas that spawn out of ghoma to redeads, just as an example.)
I am trying to do that, but it is harder than you think. I mean I found where the current flags in the RAM are and I made a code to refight bosses but that isn't really a hack. It is just a gameshark code and it doesn't really help me with this. But I know this, when a flag is set, the value changes to 2, and when a flag isn't set, it is 0. but a value changes from 0 to 8 when you collect the heart container so that it know that you collected the heart container so it won't respawn or anything. I will still try to figure this out, though it may take a while.
