Needing to figure out a good Gate/Blockade.

OK, So i'm working on a Mini-Mod, And i want a Gate/Blockade Type thing that will not go away until a Certain Enemy is defeated, In my case, A Dinolfos. I'd especialy appreciate knowing on how the 2D Gate Object works, Since that's what i'm trying to work with, Help is always appreciated!
EDIT: I Dont mind waiting for a Anwser, But i'd like one soon...Oh well, This place isin't really lively anymore anyways. No Offence.

No, it isn't. I'd really recommend this place over anything else.

To answer your question, you could use the gates that are lowered when you kill the Wolfos at Sacred Forest Meadow. I think it'll work with the Dinofols. If not, I guess you could replace the Dinofols with a Wolfos, or just add the Wolfos in itself. Failing that, you could try the bar blockades at the Ice Cavern, which would actually probably work better, since they are lowered when all enemies in the room are killed.
