Storm Actors i came across when i was looking for a actor so i fiddled with the Variables and i came up with this list...
Note that there always loaded.. Actor is 0165 and heres the Variables..

VARIABLE:
Rain X403
Clouds X404
Dark (Darker then Night) X406
Rain with no sky change X407
Snow X402 With the actor of 0097 and the Variable of 0003 (You still need 0165)

1 large area cover
2 larger
0 Small
