Well I guess I outta add this soundfont to the thread made by this user here which is not half bad actually, I think she's working on improving it. We have a twilight princess soundfont, a wind waker soundfont, all we really need now is a skyward sword soundfont and our collection will be complete! Heh at least to my perspective.

Thanks for adding his soundfont, I got the pm from soundfonter a while back as well but hadn't seen it until now. I have also added a soundfont someone sent me on my youtube channel not long ago either, its Kirby: Canvas Curse for the DS. I'd like to thank MiggsKirby888 Extreme for giving me this copy to share.

Added the Super Mario Sunshine soundfont that has been around for a while now, couple months actually thanks to CodyChief117 from youtube for making it and it works great and is on par with the ripped SMS midi's. Future updates to the SF2 may be coming as well.

Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask Soundfont (Nintendo 64) Just finished a documented Majora's Mask soundfont with audio extracted from the Nintendo 64 version using SubDrag's Nintendo 64 Soundbank Tool V2, soundfont is downloadable here. I have to thank SubDrag for all the hard work he's put in to making the audio files from games like Majora's Mask so accessible, really solid work. The Soundfont file contains game audio including all instruments, percussion, ambience, and some NPC sounds categorized by bank number. Should contain about 97-98% of all in-game audio, I consider it complete. Here is a demonstration song using several instruments from the soundfont. Majora's Incarnation played back using the soundfont, sounds just about 1:1. Individual extracted audio files can be downloaded here. All Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask MIDI sequences can be downloaded here. Dupe checks have been performed, but some duplicate presets may exist. Specs are as follows: Size: 17.1mb

Having done a quick google search I found these two soundfonts that you're looking for Kirby's Dreamland 3 and Kirby Super Star with complete download links, honestly I've never heard of this site before until earlier this month when I was browsing for some more classic old school video game soundfonts to add to my collection, might upload some of my own SF2's there one day.

Hello, I'm the creator of musical-artifacts.com , glad you like the website. One of the reasons I've created it is to help give credits to authors and make sure that the files stay accessible in the future, you'll always find normal HTTP links to download the files, no login required, etc... I also have weekly backups of the files. I invite you and the other users to register your soundfonts there if you like the website : ) You can browse all the videogame soundfonts here musical-artifacts.com/artifacts?tags=videogameI've found A LOT of different videogame soundfonts that are not yet registered there, I'll be adding them in the future.

We'll definitely check it out as it is always good to have more mirrors of popular video game soundfonts for people to download and enjoy. I really like the idea of no login required to download files on your site either, gives people the chance to preview and test soundfonts and their potential. Thanks again for stopping by and letting us know!

Hey guys, I'm wondering if someone here (dj4uk6cjm, exciter?) could give me a point in the right direction. I have downloaded the soundfonts for OoT and MM, as well as the midi files (from several different sources). I'm loading the MIDI files into Synthfont and pointing them at the soundfont files, but as you probably guessed, many of the tracks are playing the wrong sounds.
For my first example, I was able to load Lost Woods from Oot. I had to point each track at the correct instrument, transpose the Ocarina track up one octave, and change some notes on the percussion track, then the track sounded 1:1 perfect (and better). I didn't think this would be an issue, but with many of the tracks I am unable to determine if the track needs to be transposed an octave, as well as what the actual instrument from the soundfont should be.
Is there any way to work out what tracks are meant to be assigned to what instruments, without a lot of trial and error and guesswork? I read on some other forums you were able to recreate perfect copies of the music with these files, and that is also my goal. I greatly appreciate the work you guys have done here, and the potential is very huge, but I am stumped, have been all over the internet downloading different files and reading what people have written, but have not found an answer. Would appreciate any advice. Thank you so much in advance <3

Cheers~

Unfortunately, the Nintendo EAD format is a bit complicated and only semi understood. The OoT soundfont here wasn't made using the latest N64 Sound Bank Tool ( www.goldeneyevault.com/viewfile.php?id=302). It was made manually without the correct split ranges, ADSR info, patch order, etc. It was all done by ear. If you want more correct sounding instruments and their correct ranges, I'd give N64 Sound Bank Tool a go. It has more correct parameters than this soundfont here. You'll have to manually move the drum notes still, however. I might give the EAD format another shot and figure out its parameters more in depth sometime.
