It won't work because you need an assembly hack to make the game able to tell the difference between young Link using the Master Sword and the Kokiri Sword.

it dosent matter about damage or anything even if it is the same damage i would just like to see him hold it just like deathbaskets video i just tried to do it i got the value of kokiri sword in left hand i got the begining value and pasted adult links sword value and i opened project 64 and it said cant exit loop or something like that

It's the model that the game can't tell the difference between. It will load exactly the same pointer for the Master Sword as it does for the Kokiri Sword. I really don't have the time to write up exactly how you'd be able to do this, it won't work using Flotonic's tutorial because you're not going to be replacing anything.
