Hmm.. Nothing seems to be wrong except that you have an uneeded zero in the offsets (BUT they technically are correct) and I'm not sure that makes a difference. You're on Vista right? Yea Vista doesn't like BAT files.. You might want to make a new thread to discuss your problem.
