I've seen many ppl edit this but I can't b/c I don't kno how. I want to edit the HUD display [rupees, hearts, magic power,c buttons w/ or w/o equipped item, action button, attack button, navi advice symbol]. As well, how do you edit Link's tunics and swords.?

Well most of that is done with retexturers As for moving the hud and changingyour tunic color use codes they are very long and hard to make but its worth it.

I really don't know how to make it permanent as i have only seen codes for it. I guess you could match the RAM addresses to the ROM addresses and then work on the HUD from there? again; idk ask naxylldritt as he has made epic ones.

To be honest, most of what was done was the creative idea and the filling in of specific variables. I didn't really hack the interface, per se--that was done by the people who found and documented those addresses and created codes to modify them. You can view the entire listing of codes here. It also has a few of the often-demanded interface setup codes such as the Wind Waker and early beta interfaces.

Well that's for Gs codes It would be cool to actually add it to the Rom....... I fell the urge to say that it would take some assembly hacking (wich from what I know is VERY hard, I know that it would be the assembly language MIPS anyway )

I believe the Twilight Princess interface involved some assembly hacking by Sakura, but it really depends on what you want to do with the interface. For example, in her case, she needed to modify the drawing routines for the buttons to replicate the + icon as well as the other buttons.
