I was talking with my friend who has a PS3 and does alot of modding and hacking. He said that its possible to hack things on the Xbox 360 without using the standard Transfer Cable. He said using a USB Stick thing will work. Does anyone know if this is true or false?

The 360 does have USB ports on it, but when people with Transfer Cables are hacking, it connects straight from the actually hard drive thing (pics below) to the computer, so you can directly hack the hard drive files to your like.

well, it isn't smart to try it on the 360 either way, because microsoft constantly scans systems for modifications, if it has a mod they permanently disable the xbox live.
my ps3 is softmodded with ubuntu.
