Yes, I am actually planning for this mod and I am trying to keep motivated for it so it doesn't crash and burn, I am going to keep this simple and within my limits so I dont get stuck on something and get bored with it.
In my spare time (TV ads mainly lol) I write out my draft plans in a handy book I bought which will write down all my ideas.
And when I get the chance I will write them in notepad and post them here so people know what is going on and can give me ideas and opinions to help me with the mod, the more ideas I get the better it will be, and it might be quicker too as some ideas will be better than my own.
Now as for the plan so far here it is! I have copy and pasted this from my notes.

Mod 1 - Draft Ideas
Notes:
*There will be a lot of backtracking, going back to areas to get to new locations.
*Less fights, more puzzles, repetiveness is not such a good idea.
*There will be more thought put into areas and less exaggeration put into ideas,
this will be more realistic in the limits to my abilities.
*I NEED MOTIVATION TO FINISH THIS LOL
*Possible hex edits and little fun things (DeathBasket, clrly)
Plan:
Area to area covering items, basic structure and small desc, not covering
enemies or in depth plans.
Objective:
Start in yet to be determined area and get to yet to be determined location via areas
only accessable with previous areas item. Main ending yet to be decided.
Re-textures:
None atm.

Mod 1 - Draft plan
1. Start at Hyrule field (not officially determined) and make way to Kakariko to aquire bow.
2. Go from Kakariko to Kokiri forest and enter Links house where Navi will [rant][/blah] about
how you should gtfo your lazy ass out of your bed and get onto your quest.
3. Go back to Kakariko (Night) to aquire bombs (via chest from trigger, use bow).
4. Lake Hylia is accessable but red boulders inside block further progress, but brown
boulders at gerudo valley can be destroyed, enter valley and dive into water to enter
Lake Hylia.
5. Now where does this seem familiar? Well its my revamped full mod to go with my
BETA hylia mod, this is what it goes to cept this will be slightly different. Play as you would
when playing the mod.
6. Escape Lake and go to Lon-Lon which is now accessable via red boulders, now for
those whining there is not enough fights this will be dedicated to a major mob battle (>.>)
with Silver Gauntlets as a prize.
7. Death Mountain is now accessable with the silver boulders at Kakariko Day, Dodongos
Cavern is blocked with collision editing (This is where DeathBasket comes in) so go to
Goron City.
8. The area with the boulders, yeah, go there and get the gold gauntlets, not hard but will be
slightly different. NOTE: For those thinking to be smart asses and saying that goron city can
be accessed via lost woods tough luck, I have thought this through even in the draft stages
and the brown boulders are actually now silver boulders so you can access Goron city two
ways, Lost woods or Kakariko, why I empathise on this is because I came up with this perfect
idea accidently, the ideas for this mod are coming together nicely with less flaws than I expected
and this is a prime example. Bring in the YEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!'s.
9. ?? my first idea is with the golden gauntlets you open the entrance to the Temple of Time
with one of those big-ass pillars, for some child based reward I am completely stumped,
this is where you guys come in, ideas are now open.
