No offence but, I was planning on making a brand new Zelda game using Zelda Level Editor and Hex Editor I just want to change stuff make my own mods I''m not being rude I just want to change stuff in Ocarina of time using Zelda Level Editor and Hex Editor and I do need Debug ROM as well so I need it for a Christmas present.

ZAP2 is a Zelda Level Editor and far better from ZLE.
