Ok, I am going to sound like a noob, well, becuase I am a noob at this coding stuff. I want to know where I place the codes for things like the Shield mod in OoT, which gives you different shields. Unfortuantely, I don't know where to put them, and they don't seem to work as cheats. If anyone could help me out, that would be great. Thanks!

Check your ROM version, if the codes aren't working then you have the wrong ROM.
Get OoT v1.0 (U), unless the code says it's for a different version.

Ok, because mine is version 1.0, but it also says in parenthases (e) and (M3). Can you tell me if that is alright or if I need to get the version you specified. Thanks!
P.S. Also, If I do need your version, do I put the codes into the cheats thing or do they go somewhere else?

system > cheats then right click and add new cheat.
If it doesn't let you then you have to do options > settings and untich hide advanced options.
And yes, you need the version I specified, search for it on google.
