what i found on unseen 64 is proborabbly real or not but the costume modifier has 2 Beta Suits
The Yellow Tunic (Beta Name-Light Tunic)
The White Tunic (Beta Name-Ice Tunic)
What did they do to help you
1. in the temple of light there was certain room with light radiation and link could not handle it and rauru gave it to him
2. in the ice cavern (Temple) there would be a room that would be so cold that you would not be able to proceed without the tunic

I think you kinda got the idea little wrong.
The Tunic modifier just changes links color of clothes by adding different shades, it's still the same tunic.
There's really no such this as a White or Yellow Tunic, it's just a different shade from the original.

doesnt make any sense, the tunic modifier modifies the color but has no efects

the tunic mod has nothing to do with this... unseen64 is lieing. the white tunic was made by loading white pixel color too over layer the green. and in OoT there are 100 different colors to change too! and dont try to say im wrong. the Beta Tunic was Green. they only had green then they desided to add 2 more tunics for the water and fire temple. also the shields were designed to fit with the tunics because the Red tunic matchs with the Mirror shield. the Blue tunic matches with the Hylian shield. and the kokiri shield matchs with the green tunic. the inventory list would look like shit if they added white and yellow tunics. they would not fit in with any tunic or weapon making link look like a mess. plus, Japan was still has radiation posioning on its land and areas which by adding a reason for adding a Radiation thing too the game would cause a HUGE crash in sells because noone wants to be reminded of the doom that lies in there country.
