Hey guys. I was looking through my ROMs folder and I came across Utility of Time I downloaded a few weeks ago. I forgot where I downloaded it, but atleast I have it. I'm not sure if the program in here to extract the maps, scenes, and other things are here. I included everything that's in the folder, so everything should be in there. I tested it earlier and everything works fine.
