You could look at the source code for PJ64 1.4, or any other emulator that's open source.

Good Idea... pj64 is written in c++? That would be good! Oh yes I would also need more info on the console and it's parts but that will be for later. I will (probably) start this week.

I mean one specialized to run zelda, and be able to hack zelda.

I was also thinking about that, but I'll add you in the readme for getting the same idea... I was thinking about posting it here to see the response And since others also found it a good idea I will do it!

Wootz.
How about the ability to speed up/slow down the gameplay like visualboy advance? I know you can do this with PJ64 1.7 But it never works.
Emulator supports hires textures without plugin?
Some kind of online capabilities or chat.
Changable themes lol.
Support for pj64 or nemu cheats.
Texture dumping.
Hex editor.
Memory editor.
I have more ideas but I do not want to type them all out on my thumbsized phone keyboard.

In 1.6 you need to uncheck "hide advanced settings" Then you can stop fps limiter but some games run too slow for it to do any difference.
Not a good idea...... It would make the emulator have graphics plugin built in giving the consequence that the graphics plugin cannot be changed. But having that function in the standard graphics plugin could work....
Yeah that Will (probably) be included.
will also (probably) be included
Of course (hopefully) Both!
See Hires question for answer.
I have already thought of that, and it has been mentioned earlier.
Will (hopefully) be a part of the hex editor.
Tell meh!
