So, I was wondering if anyone had any experience in editing starfox, or if anyone knows of an editing program similar to the UOT? If not it's cool, I just thought it would be funny to edit slippy into saying "These babies can take temperatures OVER 9000!!!!!!!
*Got the idea from someone on a forum lol*

Ah... I wish there was a good editor out there... I'm sorry there doesn't seem to be one yet.

Any clue how they made UOT? Or at least how to directly edit a rom?

Every game is different. Star Fox doesn't use a file table, OoT Debug ROM does.
