OK, I Got My PSP Today, YaY, But It Says I Need To Format It On My PC Before I Put Anything Onto It, And It comes up With 'The Disk Can Not Be Formatted...
Can Anyone Help.... Again -_-

1 the disck is in use (it will say something about the geometric volume) 2 the disc is copy protected

I would suggest simply searching Google for your problem, a PSP Help forum might do you good.

rofl Just turn on your PSP and Find FORMAT MEMORY STICK in System Settings.

Yea, Done That, And I Realised, You Don't Put The Memory Card Into The Computer, You Put The PSP Onto It Via USB! lmao!
