I'm working on porting some OOT maps to different engines, but I am having an issue that once I use ozmav to export the file into a .obj it will not import with materials into 3DSmax. It exports with all of the textures, and a .mtl file, but when imported it does not show any materials.
If I remove the material.mtl file, 3DSmax spouts an error about being unable to find it, so it IS seeing it when I import the .obj, it just is not using the file.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Open up your MTL file in a text editor (Notepad) and replace every instance of Map_Ka with Map_Kd.

protip, the texture mapping WILL be bad, a lot of faces will only have one side even though they are double sided in game, some faces will be missing and/or have FU**ED UP normals. BAD IDEA, just make the models yourself. <----SAVES time True that. I wouldn't go through the trouble of making the entire model yourself, though...
