well just compare a let's say PAL cartridge with an ntsc and make them look the same, or see what on the console that is creating the restriction.

Thought everyone know that, tho I prefer modifying the dust covers since they have a slight amount of usefulness, also where can I buy a screwdriver to open those horrible 6 sided screws that hold the console together?
