I have a PAL console! I cannot play NTSC games! THERE ARE NO FRIGGIN 1.0 PAL CARTS! GAWD, LEARN 2 LISTEN! And an ntsc console doesn't work here.

actually... it can, but it requires some plastic cutting... in my adventures of stupidity, i cut up a japanese n64 game, and it worked 100 percent. I did this to my japanese pokemon stadium 2 you could also buy one of those screw drivers that fit on the bolts.

what do you mean with cutting? the actual console? Or the cartridge?

i cut the cart.
as you can see in the pic.
its just the shell, the game works just fine, it requires making the game's shell look ugly but it works.
the console isn't to be modified at all(unless you know how to without breaking the console.)

I know how too make it portable, btw the image is a bit close up, you have a picture from a somewhat greater distance so I can see how you cut, also what did you cut of? Isn't there regional protection?

the carts have a differently shaped shell with each region, and the n64s have restrictions to only fit specific region games, what im saying to do is cut the the cartridge to fit you n64. or open the n64 and remove the restrictions.
its not that hard to do... just get a serrated knife and saw.
OR get a gameshark(fits all regions) and just load it through the gameshark.
