Well yes but I´ve tried both the plugins rice´s plugin gives a better result! rice plugin gives accurate results like real n64 results and the 1964 gives more "cartoonish" graphics and it doesn´t render the targeting triangles

Might be your video card or your plugin settings.

Maybe, but Rice's works best for me...

No no, don't get the wrong idea, I wasn't criticising your choice, I was just pointing out some things that might be the cause of the differences.

Well yes, but let's end this discussion, yes it's an old plugin, yes it is a good plugin end of story. (and yes the 1964 plugin works a bit.. odd for me)

Hi, guys! I'm back, I should tell you guys that I wont have internet on weekends. To fill you guys in: I think my computer is fine & virus-free! I'll try downloading GIMP again. Please no texture plugin wars, I'm not using plugins for textures anyway, & this isn't a place for fighting over which plugin's better. ;D This IS a full-game mod, textures will be one of it's many features. skulllink is out, but I was intending on doing this mod alone anyways, but he begged me to let him on! ;D I won't answer to more beggings, however. (your face: ) Because of the virus, I havn't worked on the mod, I'm sorry! I promise, I'll do some work, and expect screenies soon! Remember to keep givin' your opinions on the mod, and this mod will be a true masterpiece! P.S. Before I work on textures, I need to get Nemu64 0.8 to run, (for obvious reasons). I'm having trouble, can some one send me a link to a tut or give a detailed explaination?

The emulator should run fine as long as you change the default video plugin. What exactly is the problem you're having?

I'm a N00B, I guess, cause I don't know what you go to to change the video plugin in that emulator! XD Basically, I run the ROM, I get sound but no controls & a blackscreen.
Anyone want to see my text hacking fail! XD

You need to go to options > settings... and change the graphics plugin, then go to plugins > configure input plugin to set up your controller.

I tried, but now I don't even get a black screen with sound now! I'm gonna try 1964 instead. I could just use Rice's video plugin for textures, but your right, Death, that would just ruin the experience.

Try going to the settings menu again and see if the memory size is set to 8MB (it should be).
