This is probably a FAIRLY DIFFICULT (-.-) mod I can't make but...
You know how young Link is holding a backwards master sword when he holds the biggoron sword?
Can somebody make a mod that fixes that?
It originally isn't a problem, but I would like to see the awesome sword on him lol.

Don't worry about it for now, just try not to do it again.
On topic, you're right in saying that it'd be quite simple but the problem is just that it takes time to do. Someone might be nice enough to do it for you but the only way it's really going to happen is if you learn this stuff yourself. A tutorial for this is quite difficult to write too because it has to be specific to the part of the model you want to change.

If you open OoT in some model editor, can't you just grab the model of the sword, then rotate it, or can't you just snag adult link's model, and move it into young link's?
Seems simple enough if it is just rotation. But if it is, then it would be the master sword, not the biggoron sword.

It's not as simple as just copying a part of the model because you have to go through its data to find the textures and vertices that you need to copy over with it. You also need to recalculate the offsets of all the data that's been moved. Rotation would be VERY time consuming to do by hand because of all the maths involved but it wouldn't be too difficult to write a program to do it.

I found a Mod on youtube that allows younk link to hold the "Master sword" although the master sword is a bit stretched to fit the biggoron sword. Looks good, but Biggoron looks better.
It also changed the Kokiri sword into a split blade...

This should help those of you who wish to use adult items with child link and vice versa
Adult & Child Link Corresponding Display Lists Table: 0x108E88 in code.zasm (0xB9CE88 in the ROM)
Every offset I list from here on out will be in the full ROM
Format/Pattern:
BB XXXXXX
BB- Bank (06) XXXXXX- Display List location in either object_link_boy or object_link_child
The table starts with an Adult Link entry and then switches back forth every entry between Adult Link and Child Link display lists. For example, for the entry at 0xB9D0D8, we have the display list location for the right arm and the fairy bow in aiming mode (object_link_boy):
0xB9D0D8: 06 02 A2 48
06 is the bank and 0x2A248 is the location of the display list (object_link_boy).
The next entry (0xB9D0DC) is its corresponding display list (object_link_child):
0xB9D0DC: 06 01 80 48
06 is the bank and 0x18048 is the location of the display list (object_link_child). It loads up the right hand and fairy slingshot in aiming mode. This makes sense since if you try to use the fairy bow as a child, you end up using the fairy slingshot instead!
Now, just apply what you've learned to make young link use the Biggoron sword.
NOTE: It'll be a bit more difficult to have young link use the fairy bow and hookshot.
