There is a problem when i check Load hires textures if availiable then load my rom with the texture pack and start the game everything is black im using mudlords rice video plugin its not just south clock town either its everywhere except some textures are in.  Attachments:

You have a bad video card, same thing on my laptop.

it was working find before i dont know what happened and the textures work great with ocarina of time just majoras mask has a problem

Yes I know, but Rice Video Plugin doesn't like Majora's Mask with some video cards, nothing much can be done besides replacing it.

Try Aristotle's video plugin, it has the same option for using hires texture packs and works the same way. That might solve your problem.
