Any of you guys remember this?: Yea... One of the many failures of mods that look so promising but die at an early age. I find it sad that it was never completed so i decided to make a mod of it myself! I can almost promise you this mod will satisfy your hunger for the above video's dungeon. My friend (who, unfortanately, doesn't hack at all) desiged a dungeon in google sketchup and said i could have this badass map if i turned it into a mod! f course, the map won't load in-game as a whole; waaaaay to big of a face count so i had to split and complete the map. I have the finished custom map, am now modifying it to decrease game lag, am splitting it up for the transition actor placement, and almost finished with those tasks so i thought now should be a good time to announce this project. Things that i intend to do and know can be done: *Make it fully playable as a sort of add-on to the original Ocarina of Time story. That means i am going to be doing a few exit modifications. PENDING: *MAYBE a new item shall be gained in the temple (depends if i perfect wotf.py usage ) I will post some screenies soon Later on i might need help with dungeon puzzles and texturing; those are two areas that i am not very creative with :X ***Will be for the Debug ROM only as i have never messed around with a decompressed 1.0 ROM*** December 23, 2011 EDIT: it was discontinued and made open-source www.mediafire.com/?k5mv22u2kcxlofq

Have you tried importing it? The scene file will probably need to be simplified a bit.

Have you tried importing it? The scene file will probably need to be simplified a bit. Ohhhh yes! Thats what is taking me so long to complete it x) only some minor details will be removed but all important features will be there! I have added a few walls because i don't the player to be able to look out of the castle and see black beneath them (im not sure if i'll make a background) but yes ichave imported each one of those rooms one at time and they all load up properly WITH actors Of course the screenshot you see is the completely unmodified version of the temple with only the walls in between to show seperation of the rooms. But the version i made looks pretty much the same besides some details here and there such as steps up the stairs and a few walls to block being able to get out

Splitting up those 14 rooms is going to be quite challenging.

It was extremely challenging. Splitting them up, fixing their scale so they're the right size if i put a scale factor of 1 in obj2area, and modifying it so that each room is loadable took forever! I've been working on this since early July I appreciate the feedback guys

So, I have a question that may may help me with some work im doing.... When importing a map that is going to be a dungeon, do import all the rooms at once and separate them with transition actors and doors? or do you have to import each room as its own .obj file? Is a transition actor an exit?
