I don't think there is one. Here is a code to play in a test room though. It only works in the Japanese version and is pretty fun. 801EF462 00FF

You made the topic, now l'll post what I found for it. I encourage others to hack/port codes too.
Always Cursed 811F33B8 0080
*Have Sun's Song & Saria's Song 50000802 0000 811EF510 FFFF 50000802 0000 811EF520 FFFF I ported this code. Punk7890 made it first, I believe. I don't think he ported it to Japanese MM, right?
Enter Area Holding Powder Keg 811F33B4 0180 16-bit value determines its timer.
Again, l'd love it for others to hack/port more codes... Maybe l will, but i'm a terrible porter. l'm just lucky those codes worked.

Is there a "Use any item anywhere" code for the Japanese version? I've been looking for one. All Equipment Upgrades 801EF4CD ???? 811EF51A 201B 7211 Kokiri Sword & Hero's Shield 7221 Kokiri Sword & Mirror Shield 7231 Kokiri Sword & OoT Mirror Shield (Icon Only)
7212 Razor Sword and Hero's Shield 7222 Razor Sword & Mirror Shield 7232 Razor Sword & OoT Mirror Shield (Icon Only)
7213 Gilded Sword and Hero's Shield 7223 Gilded Sword & Mirror Shield 7233 Gilded Sword & OoT Mirror Shield (Icon Only)
7214 Double Helix Sword and Hero's Shield 7224 Doudle Helix Sword & Mirror Shield 7234 Double Helix Sword & OoT Mirror Shield (Icon Only) The first two parts of the end value (72) doesn't seem to do anything.

The first two parts of the end value (72) doesn't seem to do anything. Probably because the code type, the 80 in front of the codes, isn't 81. The code PJ64 comes with doesn't have the 72 in them, so it might modify something entirely different if you set them to 81.
