Good project.
My only problem on a few tracks is that some instruments seem to loud at parts. An example would be Kakariko Village around the 45 second mark. Same with the Lost Woods track at the very start. The staccato strings seem to be a tad bit loud. They should be behind the other instruments as they are not the center of attention.
One other thing to note is the OoT Title Theme song. It's good in all but the strings have a few milliseconds of attack time before they start at the beginning. Yours seems to be instant. The Oboe seems to be quite loud and not really behind the song. Maybe add some depth to it by giving it some reverb.
Other then these small things, its good. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for your feedback punk!
Well you are not the only one who has noticed some loudness, some of my tracks where made when I apparently had an issue with my driver on the sound card. Where the "Smart Volume Adjuster" would be active even when I turned it off. Hence to me everything sounded balanced. This especially applies for the OoT theme which I've taken some time lately to work on again as it also were one of my first tracks for this project.
I've also noted what you said about the attacktime and readjusted some of the string sections accordingly and it flows better now.
