If there are 0 objects then you cannot load any actors that do not use object 0001 (and a few others depending on the area). You need to add some objects to the map.

I decided to load up the ROM again and this time put myself as young link instead of adult and it worked!!! Yesh, i finally have an iron knuckle at the end of my maze ....the only problem is that the map won't load up if I'm adult link

I have some quick questions.
1: How do you move the camera around in UoT? My camera is fixed when I try to move using the mouse.
2: I'm not understanding your explanation of Groups at all... I got the actors in kokiri forest and I look at Saria's variable, actor ID, and group #, and the group # is the same as a pot with rupee. Yet when I look at your list (in notes) it says that sarias group ID ISN'T the same. I'm just getting really confused. If you can post back soon, it would be helpful.

ocarina normal maps are more 'simply'
yeah, I finally get obj2area working! I just download the python 2.6 and make a bat. For some reason, i only get to work on nemu 0.8 while jason777 on project64 lol
sorox, the group has a scrolling bar. Simply see the saria group in the actor list, and change the proper group. Are you using old UoT? old UoT is more easy than the new. Use the old and you see all more easy

Yeah, but I don't like the fact that it dumps everything and extends the rom. I'm currently using UoT R8 (because R10 pops up as malware so my PC won't let me finish DLing it.) I found out how to move camera (A and B, who knew!) but I'm still really confused about grouping.

I'm using that rev right now, and I still can't seem to figure out how to replace actors.

ok. I hope this help:
actor replaze 1: Change values. Find the blue rupee in kokiri, and change his value to 0002. Now, you have a red rupee! (dont change 0015, this number is his actor number!)
actor replaze 2: Convert to another object that exist in the map Find another blue rupee in kokiri, and change his actor number to 01B9. Now you have a gossip stone!
actor replaze 3: Convert to another object that doesnt exist in the map Find another blue rupee in kokiri, and search for group 0188. Change to 001B. Now change his actor number to 0025 and his value to 0080. Now you have a lizalfos! (be careful, now, gossip stones doesnt appear!)

By value, do you mean change 0001 to 0002 (0001 is its model/group) or change it's variable, 1201, to 0002?

Alright thanks.
Edit: I was able to change it into a red rupee, and a gossip stone, but changing it into a lizafos is confusing me. I'm using UoT 0.90b4 and I go to the groups, find 0188 (it's 2 on the list) amnd change it 001B. Now I'm pretty sure that's how it works, but this means everything that was originally in the 0188 category is gone now, right? Sorry for asking so many questions. I've wanted to do this for years, and have just started to figure out the basics.
