It's really narrow-minded to say one programming language is "better" than any other, as each has their specific advantages and disadvantages as well as relevant uses. As far as his program being an executable, that only depends on if it's compiled to a Win32 binary on release (the likely product will be a request to do it yourself, knowing spinout ).
Well, you CAN compile C to a binary if you so desire. Python, on the other hand, cannot be compiled to a binary. I'll probably end up having someone else compile a Windows build, or I could try doing it myself using tcc.
