'python' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Is your MM ROM decompressed? (64MB)

That may be the problem... Both my copies of the US Rom are 32 MB. I pm'd a guy about a decompressor and he should send it to me. If it works after that, I'll post pics of maps I couldn't port, but can possibly port now.
EDIT:
OK! It says Scene ported successfully, but when I open it up, it says that the file that's loaded doesn't appear to be a valid N64 ROM.

What options are you choosing, and what values are you giving for those options that ask for them?

109 for the scene to port over, 9 (second time I chose 79) for the scene to port, not at own adress, safe mode and no music value

Must be your ROMs. Unmodified Debug ROM and unmodified, decompressed MM US ROM? Also, New release: vg64tools.googlecode.com/files/z64porter-1.1.0.tar.bz2Bug fixes: - Automatic offset searching now reads map offsets of scenes.
- Link variable defaulted to 0xFFF (might help some maps that have trouble loading).
Additions: - GUI version can now do multiple ports.

Unmodified MM US 64MB ROM, Unmodified OOT Debug ROM, both work perfectly, I use the porter on the Debug ROM, after that, it's unusable.

What options are you using, and what variables are you giving it? Python version IS 2.6, right?

I tested with both versions, and it works with both 2.5 and 2.6

The GUI is the only one that loads, is that part of the problem?

Try launching/running them from CMD. If they run into errors and print anything out, it'd help loads to give me what it says
