General Folder Information: Uploader Username: ExciterSub-Folders:BackingUploader's comments: "The 'backing' folder contains several snippets of various live backing tapes used during the Devotional and Exotic world tours in 1993 and 1994. Kept fairly minimal, most of the sounds placed on tape were basses, brief melody lines, quick hi-hat riffs, things that generally wouldn't have been very fun or were impractical to play in a live setting. As with previous tours, it was necessary to literally re-record the current album and much of the DM back catalogue as each of the tracks was modified, and, in some cases, rejuvenated to make them more applicable to the live arena."" MultitracksUploader's comments:"The next best thing besides having post-production audio access." PatchesSamplesSequencesSoundbanksWorks - Old 90's Percussion

I don't really feel like installing anything. I went ahead and uploaded them to my Google Drive. drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B0rQBb394HPWbGJoaTMyODRxeWs&usp=sharingContains some OoT, PD, and TP stuff. Contains the full range Fantasia samples, harp and trumpet from OoT. I'll add more in the future. If you have GD, send me your profile link(I think? or email maybe) so I can add you to my drive.

No problem, will do. There's a way to link Google Drive and Dropbox together, so everyone can use the file service of their choice, while keeping all the samples together in one place. I'll see if I can get it to link the files from Dropbox to your existing Google Drive thing.

While attempting to remake the Star Fox 64 Boss Battle 2 theme I just happen to have the audacity to test some of the organ samples from wind waker with the song (specifically the ones from gohdan) and noticed they had clicks in them, both at the start and end of the samples. Not sure if nintendo made them that way or just an error but I managed to fix them easily by nullifying out those annoying clicks in mixcraft and heres the result drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B8rHgE_H8aJscWpWU043MkJacDA&usp=sharing check out the 2 new folders to compare, I've added both the looped and non-looped versions with no clicks. This is very simple to accomplish by the way, I'll probably make a tutorial about it in the future for newcomers. Works for most samples and songs alike. Listen to the organs in action here, song needs a little work and every instrument is apart of the StarFox Orchestra except the organs of course. I have my own organs to use at my disposal. I don't know why there is a fade pop at 00:39 and 00:45 in the song and continuing on the next loop but I'm certain that has nothing to do with the organs, more likely a conflict with the brass and the strings. They sound fine played in solo but I'll fix it soon. Anyways hope you guys like and enjoy~ Edit: This one sounds better app.box.com/s/1zqz0f1nxuuvjon03r1q those trumpets are amazing!

I was seaching for a way to rip samples from CPS-2 and GBA games, and on The Cutting Room Floor's Talk page for Rhythm Tengoku, I found this folder with all of the GBA game's Instument and SFX Samples!: drive.google.com/file/d/1pbQKjfEO13HyMXHy4rvcP1INT3gPeaWp/view?usp=sharingSomeone named Cebola might have used a Python script he made to rip these. Some of the sounds in that .7z might be in the wrong sample rate... His script exports them as raw 8-bit PCM, and he used FFMPEG and bash to batch convert them into .wavs.
