Good day, Zelda hacking community, I attempted to make Link's Master Sword longer because I find the supposedly short length from different viewing angles to be an insult to the legendary longsword that the Hero of Time is wielding. In other words, it looks like a short sword. When I increased the length of a few vertices, there were some areas of the sword that disappeared or look unbalanced. Doing stuff like this takes trial and error, plus lots of patience.
I'm very asymmetrical when it comes to making opposing sides the same length and I hope to get a few tips for making it a masterpiece.
Thank you!

Hi pcgamer5 and welcome to the forum. I am curious as to how you are editing the sword. I only ask because I always used Utility of time for my weapons mods. You can find it here: code.google.com/p/uot/I won't lie to you, it is a little dated and I think there may be better tools to get this done, but this is the only one I have used and can personally vouch for. I am sure others will have equally helpful input as well. Good luck.

My guess it you are thinking of the sword as a 2 dimensional object, whereas it is in 3 dimensions. You will need to use the keyboard and mouse (see UoT Help for specifics) to move around the object (sides and back) to see the other facets. This will allow you to fix those graphical issues you mentioned in the first post. </my 2 cents>
