Minecraft uses a f-ton of RAM for chunks.
So here is the order:
1.Close all unneeded programs and end processes 2. Turn off Advanced OpenGL 3. Turn the game the Fast mode, not Fancy 4. Turn off Smooth Lighting 5. Turn the game render distance down 6. Play the game in a normal resolution window, not fullscreen.
I only do steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 and the game runs fine.

It's because the screen is covered and less is being rendered. Press control + alt + delete. Go to the processes tab. Look for "javaw.exe" Set the priority to "High"
