And hopefully this one will be an easy one to answer but since I haven't found the answer with Google.... how do you allow the use of items in certain areas that prohibit their use. Like in the castle courtyard, everything is disable, almost the same with the Market except for the exception of the sword, Ocarina, bottles, etc... How can I re-enable disabled items in maps?

Haha, I stumped the masters. XD
But I do know there's a gameshark code to allow this as I've used it before but when I create my new ROM, I want things to happen without the use of Gameshark.
