Alright, I've been looking over lots of posts and I'm very displeased. When you register on the forums, you agree to abide by the rules. And one of the rules is to not spam. Many of you are doing so, while you don't know it. I see lots of replies/posts that consist of nothing but "LOL" or an incomplete sentence.
This doesn't necessarily mean that you have to post something a paragraph long every time. Stick to a full-length sentence, minimal. Also try to use correct punctuation and capitalization. This post and many others written by the administers are some good examples to follow. This is an interactive community, not a spam site.
Just put some more thought into your posts and you will do just fine.

No, it's just how I see people writing lately, it's horrible. This is mostly for new members to read, so if they want help with something, it would be easier to understand what they want help with. Making less work for everyone involved.

A. punks right. B. um, is i understand what your saying is that all the info is so hard to finde A/0 understand. There is no easy way to introduce anybody to the world of Z64 hacking, or the world of fourms. its just somthing that you have to jump right into the nittey gritty and try and fgure your way out. and youl have to mess round with all the softare and figure out the technical data as neaded.
now it may be hard to finde strictley info without having to go through all the techaniceal junk. I have tried to adress this problem ceveral times By setting up a WIKI for glitchkill, wich i worked on for bout a month. it hass a good starting base, but it needs have members help work on it. (a wiki less techniceal than ZSO's old form, but covers everythinge that we go over here). and then i have a thread sticked in "Zelda - Discussion" labeld "Inportant threads and noob materieals" wich is the only thread of its kinde.
if this is what your are talking about then maby you would like to go and work on the WIKI, to help make it a more conpleet resource. i hope that is what you wer talking about.
also, sorry about the spamming. it started with me and underground (now Irish Jesus) and it kinda went down hill from there. and now the entire board dos it in a way that evean i dont want to mess with. its kinda like a deases, and it spreads. and we cant help ourselfs for commenting in the official thread. if we tried to create a comments thread in the spam board it would go to heck in a hamster ball faster than you can blink an eye. so... thats relly the reason this stuf happens.

Don't do it here, we have a spam board. Serious topic is serious. ash: Snake is talking about the amount of new members that join who seem to be unable to post something understandable. It's annoying because they usually want help with something but we can't help if we don't know what they're talking about. Most of them talk as if they are well below the registering age (13) or just don't know anything at all about spelling or grammar.

Oh... well theres nothign more we can relly do about them. like i said you have to dive straight into the nitty gritty and that can be rather minde boggling (it was for me). yeah, evean though we have a age limitation on the fourms, moste people are more concernd bout getting content, not their true age. like i set my facebook to say i was 100 years old... but then it said my birhtday was every day and it anoyed me, so i changed it . One more thinge, everybody here docent speek english. eather they are running it through a translater, or they are lerning it as a 2nd lanuage. like Zeru 64, his grammer was horiabel, but he was a good hacker. the reason his grammer was horiabel is because he was running the site through a translater. i hope that sheds some lite on ti.

I agree with you there but I also agree with Snake that members should put a little more thought into their posts (unless it's spam) and make sure that they aren't coming off as rude or immature (posts such as 'gimme teh codez'). I know it's harder if English isn't your native language but it's still possible to check how your post sounds before translating it.

yeah, u do have a point there, specialy bout the sounding rude part, because u cant relly tell what anybody relly means when reading somthing online. so, we have established a problem (teaching new members bout how to post, and politeness), but how do we start to change this?

There are a few ways we could go about changing it. One thing we could try would be making it one of the rules and making it mandatory to read the rules to sign up.
