If you want to put them all on at once, why not just post the whole thing as a single code? Also, you have several redundancies in these codes--I'd recommend removing them to avoid errors. Perhaps most importantly, it would be nice if you told us what game this was for. Not doing so makes it kind of hard to test and give feedback.

The code all together
8123A93E 00A6 8123AC04 00A5 8123AC12 0000 8123A93E 00A6 8123AB34 00A5 8123AB42 0000 8123A93E 00A6 8123AAB4 00A5 8123AAC2 0000 8123AAE4 00BA 8123AAF2 FFFF 8123A93E 00A6 8123AC34 00A5 8123AC42 0000 8123A93E 00A6 8123AA84 00A5 8123AA92 0000 8123A93E 00A6 8123A9B4 00A5 8123A9C2 0000 8123A93E 00A6 8123AC64 00A5 8123AC72 0000 81259F30 000B 81259F34 0081 8125A060 007C 8125A06E 0004 8125A0C0 0011 8125A0CE 0000 8011B9DF 002C 8111B9EA FFFF
The only thing it does is change the music throughout the entire game to the forest temple music. And no enemies appeared, this was for version 1.0 as a kid and adult, for Debug rom it just freezes.

It's possible you're setting a RAM address to multiple values--I think the last code line is the one that it's forced to, but it's possible that that invalid input may be negating every effect in the code. If you're doing actor modification, why not simply do it manually with a tool like Utility of Time or Zappy?
